Upon my first retirement I started an online business called Noble Pairings. It allowed me to combine my love of food with another love – wine! I have my Level 2 Sommelier certification and just purchased the materials to start working on Level 3.
With Level 3 comes Chapter 3 – what better “next chapter” than creating beautiful foods and sharing thoughts on the wines that will perfectly celebrate the flavors of both!

James and Carly entered our world a few short months after losing our special boy, Steve, appropriately named for Steve Sondheim. If you think hard, you might figure out the famous singers who inspired the names James and Carly! James is a love, who needs to be petted about 22 hours a day, while Carly has much too much to do to bother with affection.
Hi! My name is Becky Noble. I spent 30+ years in arts education, worked professionally as an actor and singer, at one time was the owner of the Dundee Dinner Theatre in Omaha, and most recently completed a 2 1/2 year stint as the Executive Director of the Omaha Community Playhouse.
